To ensure the comfort of our visitors and their pets, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple rules.
We know that everyone in the family takes care of pets, but four-legged friends may enter Vilnius Outlet only with visitors over the age of 18.
Visitors with pets are welcome in all areas of Vilnius Outlet, except for the areas specified in these rules and marked with a special sign.
We support animal freedom, but we also create a safe environment in our spaces. Therefore, four-legged family members must be kept on a leash or carried in pet carriers. The leash must not be longer than 1 metre, and visitors must assess whether their dog needs a muzzle.
Love for your pet may reach the Moon and back, but before taking the lift, please ask whether other visitors are comfortable sharing it with your four-legged friend.
We want our visitors to feel at home, so we keep our spaces clean and hygienic for everyone. Therefore, in line with hygiene rules, we encourage pet owners to clean up any small or large mess left by their four-legged friends.
Children love animals very much, but pets are not allowed in our areas dedicated to little ones on the 3rd floor.
Having a pet is not only a joy, but also a responsibility. Please make sure your pets behave in a friendly manner, do not leave your beloved companions unattended, and be responsible.
